Cancellation Policy

We recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Cancellation requests will be accepted if submitted within 2 days of completing the payment for the service. We allow a 2-day window before starting a project, but once the project begins, the refund policy will apply, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for services purchased at a discounted rate or for amounts less than 3000 INR (50 USD). For payments exceeding this threshold, any uncompleted milestone payments will be refunded.

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation by DEEPRTHOUGHTS.
